actually meat has 7 grams per ounce so 2 ounces would have 14 grams

u cant eat enough seeds or nuts to get enough protein u would get too much vegetable fat.

Time for me to go as I have taught you enough about proper nutrition for one night. I don't want your brain to get overloaded just yet.

Let's compare: Milk (2%) has 4.0 grams in 1/2 cup. Cheddar cheese has 5.3 grams in 3/4 ounce. One medium egg has 5.5 grams. Ground beef (2 ounces) has 10.6 grams. Hmmm. Pumpkin seeds have almost as much protein as ground beef. Imagine that. Yet that same ground beef has 67% of its calories from fat. Pumpkin seeds have 12% of calories from fat. Did you know that nutrition bigusdikus0? No you did not.

I have a lot of patience, and you have very little clearly.

Protein in plant foods: almonds have 7.4 grams in 1/4 cup. Sunflower seeds have 8.0 grams in 1/4 cup. Sesame tahini or ground sesame seeds have 8.1 grams in 3 tablespoons. Pumpkin seeds have 8.5 grams in 1/4 cup. Pine nuts have 8.2 grams in 1/4 cup. There are many other plant foods with great protein sources.

im not angry ur trying my patience.

Why are you so angry? Could it be all the toxic waste inside your body from eating meat? Watch my video "toxins in the body" for more info on that one.

If you really are a nuclear physicist, then what do you know about proper nutrition? When did you find the time to study it properly when you were studying quirks and quarks? Elementary fermions, right?
