I don't know when the tape was released. But I do know that Paul, Ringo, and George got together for the first time in like 12 years (1992 I think) and used the tape in their production of this.

This was on the tape they didn't release to the public until after John was killed? Anyone know if that is that right? This was one their rejects? Still, pretty good. Hope there are more of their tapes somewhere.

great song!!! for a song released so long after their break up it sounds just like one they would of made while still together back in the 60salso, i love how the music comes back in the end just like they did in helter skelter and strawberry fields :)

Ringo wasn't a magnificent drummer. However, he was incredibly good. One of the best, but far from being that. But he was what The Beatles needed, his style is completely unique.

well, ringo actually CAN sing. listen to octupus's garden and then tell me he cant sing. :)

im only 13 years old, and i have enough sense to realize that ringo was a great drummer, and that he really was underestimated, because he couldnt sing. skintonominted is a fucking retard. he sounds like a 4 year old. if he thinks ringo isnt a good drummer, he should go get a life, and stop taking crack/cocaine

Are you kidding Ringo is one of the most underated drummers in rock and roll history. Any drummers out there go and try to play the song rain and then tell me he sucks

The first time I heard this song and George's slide it is the Beatles!!! Even if John's voice was only on tape!!
