yeah spray paint on this kind of surface can take a long time to completely dry otherwise...it tends to stay sticky for a while if you dont do that.

No respirator, but you MUST have the gloves.Pretty crazy doing it with no protection for the lungs.

I doesn't hurt the ozone. The harmful agent in spray cans was fluorocarbons, which were band as a propellant; the propellant in most cans use compressed air now.
