The 19666 hit "Poor side of Town" By Johnny Rivers was one of the best No.1 hit of all time. Now thats what i called good classic oldies music and it's sure to bring back precious memories to me during my high-school years between 1981-84.

He made some good music I must admit, however in my dealings with Mr. Ramistella as a session player, I found him a bit egocentric and basically seeming to have a very large chip on his shoulder. THAT said, he did seem to appreciate his fans when in concert. Just wanted to share my personal experience, that's all. Others may have had a completely different take.

Thank you Manuelworker for such a great job. This song popped into my head in a dream last night and I wondered if I'd ever hear it again. YOUTUBE and manuel worker to the rescue!!I was 18 when I bought this album. Practically wore it out laying on the floor with my head between the speakers. A song from the heart. Got tears in my eyes all over again. That was a great album & somebody ripped it off. Thank you manuelworker for taking me back to my younger years. God Bless You.

The year should be 1968.I was still in Hong Kong (the other side of the world ). A beautiful song and very touching ! Thank you to share this sweet memory.
