Nice hunt?Who the fuck spears a parrotfish? Anyone can get in close enough to stick a finger in their eye. This isn't sport, not on that shallow reef with guns.This crew are fucking cowboys that should consider giving themselves a proper fucking challenge.

Idiots like this guy makes it very hard to defend a good environmentally friendly sport. probably some scuba diver trying to look cool to his buddies. THIS IS NOT HOW ITS DONE so don't form an opinion on the sport from this vid. besides its mostly illegal to spearfish in the redsea but this monkey looks local so there's no way to stop him... i know he's an idiot because NO spearo would ever tie the fish to his body.

Spearfishing is very much a sport, a combination of freediving and hunting. It takes a tremendous amount of skill to take sporting fish, the odds are very much against the hunter. When was the last time you held your breath for 3 minutes swimming around at 60'? Spearfishing is much more selective than hook and line fishing, the hunters only take what they want. There is no catch (wound) and release. Please educate yourself before you let your fingers mindlessly wander the keyboard again.
