I think he is just saying all of this time he thought she was a Bot and he doesn't want to accept the fact that she is not a bot, and bends that truth to please his mind. He trusted in that Bot and now that he found out the Bot is a real human he just does not want to deal with a person. He liked her as she was. idk. Just my opinion.
