Alien X is basically god. To put that kind of power on one human could be catastrophic. Still Alien X has wicked powers but the cost and how effecient the powers don't add up. Hence Ben's explanation at the end.

this is the first Alien Force ep Ive seen. I know he has 10 new aliens noe but Ben said "Ive got 9 others..." does that mean he cant use the aliens he used in Ben10?

Yes a being that can bend reality but only if two of the three minds behind it agree to do so...seeing how two of them refuse to do anything but debate the power is nullified and useless. Honestly, if you couldn't use the power freely without having to debate over what to do, would you use that kind of power?

While the idea behind Alien X was good, this episode overall was sub-par, especially for a season finale. I hope they up their game for the second season.
