Great Question. Once you see things more clearly you will realize that there is much less to worry about in the future. Many of your thoughts are based on your conditioning which you don't even realize creates a lens through which you see the world.Many of these thoughts are unclear and create emotions that make you suffer or act in ways that lead to suffering. Or your mind is running wild with thoughts and not calm and able to focus.You want to learn to act out of wisdom and clarity.

I did discover all that by my own..i was looking for answers to my social anxiety and i did it through believing in God...and letting all go and staying in the moment...with God watching me..and it did work.... now watever is this main doing i have already achieved it and he is right...

mwaterfall, why would experiencing peace of mind cause you to be irresponsible? Does being productive have to lead to unmanageable stress? Maybe we can learn to carry mindfulness into the tasks we undertake. If driving stresses you out, try doing it mindfully. Mindfulness may not need to be balanced with atteneding to life's needs, but integrated into it. You may not always have to stop to be aware, to sit to be relaxed, or be isolated in silence to be peaceful. Does that make sense?

MemberRight now, I am struggling to harmonize both urgent-thinking with being aware of the now. I don't want to experience peace of mind and be irresponsible, nor do I want to be contributory and productive and be stressed at the same time, how do I balance the two: mindfulness and effective contribution to life's important needs

Can't recommend dropping acid. Sure, you'll get there in a hurry, but there's a good chance you'll destroy a part of your brain in the process, and that sort of defeats the purpose.
