He WASN'T being arrested in the first place. Many people make the mistake thinking he was arrested from the moment he was taken off the stage. He was only being kicked out for using bad language "blowjob" before this clip began. Initially, they were kicking him out, NOT arresting him. Not until he broke free from them TWICE, (resisting an officer) and tried to incite 200+ people to step in and interfere with the officers (inciting a riot) did the removal change to an arrest.

That's major overkill. Why was he bing arrested in the first place? Maybe the pigs didn't like what he had to say. Theres something seriously wrong with this shit. Cops use Tasers as a non lethal method of incapacitating a suspect. They have taken it too far. This is certainly not the first video or incident of police abuse with a Taser. FUCK THE PIGS!!!
