In hind sight Parappa The Rappa does seem to make games that has followed it`s suit look a bit overrated. I mean guitar Hero just takes songs that were independently popular from the game, and just rides on it`s success; whereas Parappa The Rappa is entirely fresh and gives you the the opportunity to make beautiful music based off of the successfulness AND unsuccessfulness of your play.
