The book and the film both manage the very difficult task of telling an honest cycle-of-life type story without being either traumatic or sugary and dishonest. There's a trick Disney hasn't figured out in what, 70 years now?Stupid 500-word comment limit. It's like they don't want any comments here with any more thought than "LOL SUX AMIRITE."
