You could do this AS your cardio, but should try and build up to 20-30 minutes...I would throw in a Medicine Ball during the squat thrust (1st movement) Lift the ball overhead, drop down, hit push up, and pick up the ball on your way up and lift it overhead (THAT is the Ultimate Squat Thrust).Add some additional moves (crunches/ tricept dips ona chair/ lying leg cross overs) to work up to the 20 min mark, as doing only these 4 moves would get pretty boring.

i think being bulimic is not something to be taken lightly or be proud of. it's a serious condition that is physically draining and mortally dangerous for so many young misguided women. i think being healthy and fit it about moderation and real dedication to physical fitness. please read more on how you can control or stop bulimic practices. god bless you. |
