If you also HOLD down the left button, a menu will fly out with other tools as well. I am a complete NOOB to PS but I could have sworn that their was a FILL tool and had to find it the hard way.

no it was just a new interface i wasn't familiar with. i didnt know you could get a bigger menu of tools by right clicking the paint brush and stuff
