Yes, but how do we know the Iraq people ARE the terrorists? While I agree that it was wrong to do NOTHING AT ALL, it was also wrong to act so... I don't know, quickly? This country has had enough pain and sorrow. We need to get out of Iraq, and most now believe we shouldn't have even went in it. The U.S. probably still remains as one of the most powerful nations, but the terrorists attacked out of hate, most likely. What have we done to spite them? Besides, they WANT us to be pissed off.
