After trying different configurations, all plates energized, end plates only energized, different spacing etc etc this is what I've come up with.First let me say that you're looking at a 44 ounce jar not a quart jar, when installed in a quart jar its just gonna go wild.I wish you could see this up close because that thing darn near boils right out of the jar. I'm super impressed with this design. I designed it to fit in quart jars. Since its going to hang from the lid I had some 1/8" Lexan rounds cut and I'm JB welding them up inside of those cheap plastic lids to support the added weight. Its going to work just fine. I'll post another vid of the actual units once completed. I'll tell you this right now, two of these in quart jars is going to be MORE THAN ENOUGH HHO for any four or six cylinder vehicle. NOOOOOOOOO doubt about it, lol............Additional info, 6/14/08; Whatta gaper, I had my wires hooked up in the wrong place, it works much better now. New vid soon.

No I havent checked the output yet. Since I took this video I've slightly reconfigured the plates, seems to put out a little more now. Seems to be drawing about ten amps but I cant get a good read with the equipment I have. I'm going to come up with a final configuration then come up with an electrode hookup method and once thats done take it down to a friend of mine who has good output reading equipment. Thanks for the look, better stuff to come.

It looks good man. Have you measured about how much HHO is produced in a minute or how long it takes to make a liter using this? Also, what is the current being drawn with this? I'm considering a similer configuration but believe it or not, I'm having trouble find just plain steel plates like that. Where did you get yours?
