I'm kind of tired of seeing comments like this. Powerful doesn't necessary mean fast. In fact, the most powerful repertoires are often the slowest.It holds true for this concerto as well. Imagine it played fast - could it hold more elegance and anticipation if it were faster?

I agree with you, FredilYupigo, it sure is a bit slow! And I thought this concerto was supposed to be "POWERFUL"!!! ????????? @_@ ??????

True. MichaeL 1234599 did a verry good job with the simplictic version though and I applurd him for that! (spelling not good)Now, do you know hard the original version is?? there are 7 semi-quaver (16th notes) in one quarter note in the cadenza!

Good for you, liz22463. Keep trying, because it's a talent that builds on itself. If you learn 1 concert piece this year, you can learn 2 next year, and so on. Combined with the creativity of the composer, this is one of the highest demonstrations of the capabilities of the human mind, and YOU can be part of it. Keep it up!
