let's see...at the scene of the crime, an eye witness pointed out that the car had butterfly tail lights and an out of state license plate. She also identified the color of the car. The car they pulled over matched this description...how many cars with this same description could be driving at 3AM? and why did Carter happen to be laying down in the back seat? They even found bullet shells in the car that matched the calliber gun used. So how is there no evidence?
