This song sounds like the early 90s.

Mould still ends up sounding brilliant - even in a bizarre genre that I think generally blows.

loved lost zoloft, this album is a grower

I know I said this on another Mould clip, but this album was the best example of never being able to keep up with Bob Mould. Just about the time I think I've got him all figured out, and buy an album expectantly KNOWING what I'm gonna get... he changes direction and I'm left wondering where he went. I didn't like this album when I bought it... but it has grown on me. Where will he be next time?

I don't know. So they say. You should listen thru the whole album, maybe then you'll find the answer to your question, man ))

Shaxan- This is a naiive question- why would this be considered electronic music?

Reviewers in magazines are mostly musicians that never got anywhere as musicians, so they became reviewers and give a good review only to their friends or those that they would like to be friends with. It's a fucked up system, but that's the way it goes.

Yes, I remember reading all the negative reviews. I remember Vice Magazine giving it .01 stars out of 10 and the worst CD release of the month. It goes to show how full of crap their reviewers are. When I bought it I gave it my personal 11 out of 10 stars. Thanks for posting all these Bob Mould videos. Very appreciated.

The album marked Mould's shift toward electronic music, which stired arguments over it between hardcore husker/sugar/mould fans who didn't like it and those who thought that exploring new styles is good for a rock musician. I don't know if I made my point clear )))
