I'm searching for a cartoon with Bugs Bunny, I think. It has the line "would you like a per-nimi-nimi-nimi-nent?" (he meant a permanent as in hair.) I know it's not much help, but I dont recall what else happened in the toon.

hey im searching for a cartoon that was done in black and white. its about this guy that runs an orphanage and the kids wont have christmas that year so the guy goes to make christmas for the kid and he gets locked out of the orphanage or something like that. does anyone know what this one is called?and the homeless flea. one of my altime favorites.
