With age comes wisdom - there's hope for me yet.

I had the honor of meeting Etta at her home. A friend and I had always been fans and so as we were driving through Morganton, we called Etta to see if we could drop by and say hello. She had no idea who we were but asked us to come on by. She was so gracious and we had a beautiful visit. She died the following year...she is missed.

How graceful! This 90 year old lady didn't grow old. She stayed forever young.

Thats what happened to me... I was sitting up late one night watching PBS and KWS's video came up and introduced me to a whole new level of blues music. I can't quit the blues. I'm hooked.

I'm sorry for your loss.Even if it is a littl bit late to say so. I only heard of her very recently, unfortunately.
