cuz he didn't want Kanye 2 f*ck it up with a sample from somebody else's record! i got MAD respect 4 young musical "purists" & Ryan Leslie is 1 of a few! he played & sang everything himself (no samples) & this song didn't need anything other than what RYAN put in it, period. not "every" song needs a f*ckin' Kanye West!
