I think of only one person when I hear this songalthough the song is heartbreaking, it doesn't make me sad,it effects me deeply...it is imbedded in my subconcious

This song helped me through a tough breakup back in the 80's. It was great to hear it again...beautiful song!

One of few Sacramento bands to make it "big"... all members of the band have done well since their break up.

I agree that this song is wonderful in its simplicity. But I disagree with the "they don't make music like this anymore" sentiment. There are plenty of very capable, innovative and talented chamber pop bands still around. And as far as the strange comparison to Slipknot, well if you're looking to a band like Slipknot to give you something as ethereal and peacful as this then you are looking in the wrong place. Need I remind everyone that this was also the decade of poison? Music evolves.
