All the singers are wearing nurse's outfits. The musicians are in pajamas (i.e. patients). The conductor, Kiyohiko Senba himself, is the head doctor. Judging from other clips I've seen posted, Senba likes to have his group dressed up in themed costumes for live performances.

BITCHEN INDEED!!!! Never before the Pentatonic Scale sounded SO cool!!!! She is an Awesome singer. Her perfect pitch high notes toward the end are eerie! All Soloist kick ass !!! And Ogawa Paper Fan Baton? Priceless! Thanks a million for posting!

That's funny - I met Henry Kaiser years ago, and he was excited about them then. Pretty sharp guy, and a great musician.
