i waited 5 weeks i sprained both ankles the bend up to my shins, then i waited 5 weeks to get better still nothing.. i could skate again but certain landings would killlthen i sprained it agian.. landed on it funny and it bent side ways then shot me into the airi bounced on my freaking anklenow i cant flick my anklefuck

hey man when i walk my ankle cracks too, i have a sprained ankle right nhow and i landed on it coming down from a big drop off of playground equipment and when i walk it craks, i broke it in elementry school and i sprained it 3 times throughout highschool not includiong now, any tips?

I did not roll my ankle....the ligament just give out on me.

I sprained my ankle last night i remember falling and hearing my leg pop 3 or 4 times.

hey man when you rotate your ankle and you feel the tendon popping does it hurt? it's been a month and a half since I rolled my ankle skateboarding. it constantly hurts 24/7. I cannot skate because when I even attempt to do a trick, it hurts like crazy. don't know what to do:( feels like i'll never skate again.

The injections hurt a lot, its like 20 injections surrounding the ankle. I'm going in for my 2nd treatment on the 22nd, :) I think this is the only thing to solve my problem. I'll tell you how it goes, they say you don't really feel it till after your 2nd treatment. |
