Can hypnosis actually help people who are deathly afraid of flying? I am so scared to fly and even the thought gets me anxious but I don't want to try it and get a panic attack on a plane...

from what i read:have you ever been stuck in a daydream? well its the same thing...its like sleeping....you have to wake up...your body tells so...but thats what i read....

Yes... the process and words used by hypnotists are similar though may be in a different language.
