out of tune guitar...Rod looks over...05:29 they laugh...Looks like you can see Rod go "whew" at 05:34...when he looks at the guitarist.

Extraordinary! With all the missteps in Stewart's later career with bad material ("Do you think i'm sexy", "Hot Legs", etc) it's easy to forget what amazing music he made early on with Jeff Beck and of course, the Faces - God, it's hard to think of another group with such phenomenal musicianship! So listen to The Rod Stewart Album, Gasoline Alley and Every Picture Tells a Story to be reminded why Rod Stewart deserves to be counted as one of the great rock vocalists.and yeah, best cover ever! |
