Yes, the S.T.A.L.K.E.R franchise will most likely come to Xbox 360 in 2009. GSC Game World got certified to make games on the Xbox 360 in November 2007. Don't worry PC gamers, GSC has said that they are glad they can finally become a multiplatform company, but the PC will still be their #1.I can't wait!

The whole thing about DX10 is just a marketing technique for Vista. You can get the same visual effects with DX9 on XP.

You're basically going to need a new PC. Allways look at the "recommended" specs when purchasing a game rather than the minimum. While you can get a good graphics card pretty cheap, the rest of your system will bottleneck it.

You should upgrade CPU and RAM first cause they are cheapest and give best effectivness increase. An average dual-core and like 2GB of memory will boost your PC big time. If you go for good result then get vista beside new GPU, no vista = no dx 10 :).

the game takes forever to load and its incredebly slow so slow that the cutscenes get cut off and the characters disappear. also when i move a few steps the sound dont come then the game stops then you hear the sound and when that keeps happening the game freezesyou should know the requirements can you compare it to my computerdell dimension 4600 pentium 4512 ramwindows xpanyway i have in a expert computer friend he suggested the graphics card is just too old i should get a new one
