Do you know what the causes of death were? I'm a fan of his flute playing, and a flute player myself.

Chris Wood that flautist and sax player died in 1983. He gave up his dream of becoming a visual artist to play music. He was going to complete a solo album and then died at 39. His sister is suppose to have gathered the tapes and this album Vulcan is coming out soon.

I saw Traffic in 1972, Albuquerque, New Mexico. Steve was my hero in a BIG way at that time.

This is so awesome...I have the On The Road record, sometimes I used to come back from school, put it on, lay down in my bed, and it felt like i was in another world...
