I know it would be a good change of pace for some American Corps i.e. TNA WWE so yea I fucking love Japanese and Indie wrestling it way more entertaining and unexpected as a whole and plus they have way better talent! ROH, Dragon Gate Pro, and CZW my favorite wrestling organizations

Yeah it's very cool and a good momentum transitioner. Misting also has a good leg up over the irish-whip reversal: it's unexpected.The whip reversals can sometimes be predicted or made obvious, but the mist can come out of nowhere.

No, the mist is legal. To the best of my knowledge, it isn't even considered a "dirty" move.It's often this apsect that all-too often marks any users as "heel" to american audiences.
