Cool. This is one scene from Welles' DQ that was removed from the bootleg copy that's been making the rounds (and recently, finally released) and copyrighted by someone else. The little girl in this clip is child star Patty McCormick ("The Bad Seed"). OW had shot several scenes for DQ with her, but the footage was mysteriously misplaced. The part where she teaches Akim Tamiroff (Sancho) how to eat a lollipop is quite touching.Kudos to telerompo for posting this rare film artifact.

this postmodern pastiche has my brain spinning - nico, jim morrison, orson welles, miguel cervantes - all quixotic for sure - but this scene is almost too metaphorical and symbolic to decode - i like how the girl teaches sancho how to watch a movie...then she watches as the dreaming knight destroys another kind of dream world of the film - obviously we should ask, 'what is that girl thinking?' - maybe she just realized "all the world is a stage."

torohec-- you a low-grade, foul-mouthed troglodytic, syphilitic moron waste of oxygen and space and you should think about donating your non-syphilitic organs to someone who would actually produce something other than piss and shit.Yes, it's Nico chanting the words to Jim Morrison's "The End".

It's Nico who sang with velvet underground and on other projects. It's a cover from the doors...In Oliver Stone movie The Doors, she is the girl "kneeled" before Jim in the elevator... It's not her but an actress who play her role. Don't know if that situation truly happened or if it's only an Oliver Stone fantasy ;)
