but his new songs are getting number 1# in best rnb songs, and a in the top 10# billaboard songs. before thoses new songs he release "go on girl" and "can we chill" and both of those songs flopped in the charts so he changed his style and the new style is getting him back to the top. but i understand what you mean though, i prefer his old style aswell, but i still like closer and miss independt is one of my favourite songs by him. but his net song "mad" is a straight rnb song like the old songs
