BTW I dont know if his workout is really effective, doing that only burns your muscles, they can never rest and grow

I knew Rich wasn't a smart fighter the day I saw him stand with a Muay thai champ, Jorge Rivera, his face turned into a cheeseburger, until the last round when he figured out that trying to submit a striker, who had no background in ground fighting, and who was submitted easily by Murray a year before, would be a good idea, and miracle it worked, Rivera did tap... I dont know if Dana White asked him to do that, but it was definitly not clever...

damn you're clueless, you don't know anything about MMA, or weight lifting.as a mixed martial artist (Rich), going on for 1 hour with low weight high rep is best. It REALLY trains your muscles so you can work for longer (5 x 5 minute rounds for example) and it also improves your conditioning. Now if he went only for power lifting, he would only be strong, but his muscles wouldn't be trained to work for so long. I hope you understand ;) |
