The moon was 90% eclipsed at the time, there wouldn't have been any reflections from a lake. He had no proof for his statement. Being an ignorant idiot-fool is worse than lying...

the point is that the moon looked exactly the same in the 24'th century as it is in the past. so basically riker was a liar

The moon in "300 YEARS BEFORE" was nearly 90% eclipsed by the earth at the time he spoke, the other shots were taken full-moon. Same reason you can't see stars during the daylight, their light is washed out. He's not a liar, Riker's an idiot. You see what happens when the ship's counselor is a flibbertigibbet ? Your basic emotion chip drives you to drink.Rik & Tro 4evr

Worf said they'd prefer not to talk about the reason for their past appearance.

I think initiating self-destruct would monopolize the computer functions like anti-hijack/lojack and leave the option open for another officer to complete the sequence should one materialize. "YES, WE CANned Footage."

I think that Picard's lack of knowledge about Data's true capabilities led Locutus of Borg to think he was inferior. After all Picard's not kirkfect...

Maybe the Reman viceroy fell UP 29 decks. After all, non Starfleet personnel are not even supposed to be on the bridge, much less know about the secret Starfleet penthouse that's 2 floors and the other 3 are just the Officer's Club. No modern Cadet keeps shaving off his hair even after he's graduated unless he's a skinhead.

Intersting!... Can anyone answer what happened to the borg baby that's beamed to voyager in the episode "collective"?!... I can excuse scientific error, but that's a massive potential character error!
DrFaustusAU (December 31, 1969 at 4:59 pm)
I believe the error lies in Data being surprised at the existence of Soong androids other than Lore and himself. By the time of Nemesis his 'mother' had already advised him that there had been other prototypes. |
