I got him from Germany but his parents were imported from Russia. There are about 150 purebreds in America (I think) with an active breeding program going on. A breeder from Russia called Tito Pontecorvo has also set up in the US (see my channel/favourites Akhal, Russie video) & another poster on here, kjsmithurst from Canada has started breeding and selling.
