well my plan for prisoners was much different from yours. My plan involved the people that commited the worst acts in society (ie. pedophile, sadistic murder, to endure the most painful and cruel punishments on earth such as, being bitten by Siafu ants, being cut, beaten, basically broken down until they end their own life, or someone does it for them. and if they were released they wouldnt do anything because they would be too scared and would be an empty shell.
