Two questions: Were Enos and Bloom the AWA Tag Team Champions at the time of this match? and Does anyone have the match when Chono and Muto wrestled the Road Warriors in the same year of this match?

The thing is they only got worse as wrestlers as time went on.When they were the Beverley Brothers in the WWF it was like they wrestled in slow motion.Plus there was zero competition in tag teams in the AWA when they were champs.

By the way, not just a little bit, the team of Enos and Bloom could wrestle WELL, not really good MAT skills but they look better than MOST tag teams TODAY.

The reason is they are BIG blonde, decently-athletic white guys. They LOOK the part of the "American" that Japan HAD to have in the 80's and 90's. Almost ALL U.S. guys were BLONDE in Japan with flowing manes. Today u see more diverse LOOKING Americans. Also, like "jlobough" said, Enos and Bloom could wrestle a bit.

I don't know. I think Enos and Bloom did pretty well, considering how raw they really were at that time. They were somewhat clumsy in there but had some talent, some decent tag team chemistry. For having to face Mutoh and Chono, they did all right.
