And for the record. I think Maggie is very beautiful. Women shouldn't have to fit a certain standard to be considered attractive, but apparently it does matter. Almost everyone thinks the women in Maxim are the most attractive women in the world, but I honestly think the majority look sort of plain and even blank (kind of like that look horses have) I know that sounds mean, but I don't know a better way of putting it.Don't brains count for anything???

I think Katie Holmes and Maggie Gyllenhaal both have a similar quirky characteristic to them. I prefer Maggie's style of acting though. She has a tendency to choose more serious, complex roles as well. I really liked her in Happy Endings. I'd never disliked an actor in a role they played if I liked them as a person before. She really makes you hate her. lol

quarterbacktop, Katie's a terrible actress and looks about 15. I was so happy they didn't have her in this one. Maggie may not be a looker, but she's certainly far better for this part. Plus, Katie isn't even that cute either.

Are you serious? Katie Holmes is the worst possible actress that could appear as a love interest in any superhero movie. Maggie was a significant upgrade, and was much easier on the eyes as well.
