Does it really matter if Freddie is gay or not? It doesn't change the fact that he was an outstanding singer, I grew up listening to him sing and to this day he I still believe nobody can truly compare to him.His sexual orientation is irrelevent, he was one of the best singers around back then and is still one of the best today.
