I swear, I couldn't go to sleep until I heard this song at night. KTVU 2, at 12:30...I didn't even watch the show that much. Just hearing this, and watching that taxi drive across the Brooklyn bridge...was all I needed.

Ah, yes....the days of the TV series Taxi!! This is the song that introduced me to the wonderful world of contemporary jazz....thanks for posting!!!!

I had never heard this song, only the sample in Cab Fare my Souls of Mischief. It's way funny to hear it slowed down like this. This version's pretty dope too.
