Well, I reread what I wrote and that just sounds wrong.I just wanted to say, that it is great to experience this song through another person, which gives a different context.Sorry about my English, it just does not come naturally and intelligent at the same time, to me.

Thanks a lot for all this information.I was just wondering, because I know the song from a German band called "Uncle Ho" and I would have never imagined that they covered songs! So I was kind of confused... actually excited at the same time, because I always liked PJ a bit, but obviously I should give her even mre credit. Very nice song.

Yes, but you can hear the influence of Captain Beefheart (friend of PJ's) on many of the songs from TBYML. Melodies, verses, structure are very similar.PJ Harvey -> Captain Beefheart:Down By The Water -> Zig Zag Wanderer ("You can jump, you can jump; you can holler, you can holler.")Teclo -> Her Eyes Are a Blue Million MilesI Think I'm a Mother -> Dropout Boogie'Meet ze Monsta' was taken from 'Tropical Hotdog Night' ("the young girls to come out to meet the monster tonight")
