Actually, Angel. Happily Ever After tales on HBO, told the story of the Princess and The Frog with a black princess, and black prince like the did the story of the Little Mermaid with an Asian princess.

I'm sorry but I've always loved the Princess and the Frog tales. And not once has the princess ever been black...So I'm a bit disappointed. Oh well.Now they have every race princess I think.

yeah buh this is the first really good one!...you can tell by the way there moving! they've made it really close to the old hand drawn animation! plus, tom lassetere from Pixar is incharge now with over seeing the movies...and he is amazing!

grow up....its just a disney movie, im a cartoonist and kids love frogs and beautiful princess's, not to mention a black girl is perfect for new orleans styled atmosphere! plus Belle had a beast!...seriously!! and who said that this girl isnt nice to animals? from what I Can see she's prob gonna fall in love with the frog!! then something bad will happen and she will try and save him! seriously! how old are you????....grow up!!

It's irritating because some of them would have been just as good (or bad, as the case sometimes is) if they were NOT CGI. Like Bolt, for example.

I'm kind of ashamed that they gave the first black Disney princess the frog.All of the other princesses had something nice that children would admire (Snow White was kind to animals, Cinderella had a fairy godmother, etc)..:/ I'm not entirely sure how to word what I'm thinking.
