she has amazing range and her voice quality is exquisite. she's a little "out there" but thats what makes her special. she is very talented. i love her style; very old fashioned that appeals to the modern listener. i wish she was more popular.

Nellie McKay is sick, ya'll. I heard her on public radio about 2 years ago and Immediately bought her double cd. This isn't her "best" song but I really suggest you listen to more of her music. It's fun, sharp, and intelligent. She covers a wide range of topics in her music. my only complaint is that they didn't show the whole concert! have some trust that TED thinks she has value, you guys.

thats a good hobby for her, definitely... but it will have to remain a hobby, one her family should be proud of. at least she has made me curious to see how her other songs are.
