@Sgant2nd Don't give up! Try not to get caught up in what is happening, and just react to the music. If it doesn't do a thing for you now, take a break and try again another time. One day, you'll thank yourself for your persistence. I did.

I'm trying i really want to get into it but i dont understand it. I'm pretty open minded. Im Only 20 and i made the transition from hip hop to funk and soul music.... i feel like its time for me to get into jazz but i dont understand it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Help me..... LoL

u have to wait! And don't start with Coltrane, he has a spiritual depth that takes his time to understand as it was in my case! Start with something melodic like on the left------->>Dave Brubeck Take Five Paul Desmond is killing it!!!
