ive just bought this game and when im loading it up when it gets to the raacist thing(which you can barly see) it goes blank and there a circle with a L can anyone help?

When i go into STEAM click on football manager 2009 then launch it keeps saying "cannot run game failed to set up graphics system" Its a new PC with everything on it for gameing wtf anyone else have this problem??
